Content Policy

- Creators can share a wide variety of content including photos, videos, messages, and updates.
- Content must not violate any laws or infringe on anyone's rights.
- Prohibited content includes child exploitation, revenge porn, copyrighted material, and anything excessively violent or hateful.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policy.

Payment

- Fans can subscribe to creators on a monthly basis or make one-time purchases.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment processors.
- Creators will receive their earnings on a regular payout schedule minus our platform fee.

Refund Policy

​

Fanclubtory has a strict no-refund policy for most purchases. Subscriptions, tips, and content purchases are generally non-refundable once made.

However, refunds may be issued in limited circumstances, such as:

- If the content received is significantly different from what was advertised
- If the wrong or a damaged item was received from the FAnclubtory store
- In cases of unauthorized charges or fraud

To request a refund, users can:

-  Contact Fanclubtory support at support@fanclubtory.com with details of the purchase and issue.
 

Refund requests are subject to review and approval by Fanclubtory. If approved, refunds are processed within a week. Creators are notified of any refunds or chargebacks.

In summary, while refunds are difficult to obtain on Fanclubtory, the platform does allow for them in limited cases with proper justification and evidence. However, the default policy is that purchases are final.
